Muscle and Fitness magazine rated kickboxing as the #1 calorie burning exercise compared to other aerobic workouts. This workout borrows moves from the Thai sport of kickboxing to make participants work up sweat and burn 300-500 calories per class.
 
Kickboxing strengthens the arms and legs, sculpting them to perfection. As an added benefit, it also prepares you for real world combat situations and to defend yourself.
 
You will learn how to safely and effectively shadow box while getting an amazing workout. Boxing gloves and practice pads will be provided for each session.
