Each session is centred on you and will take into account any topics or concerns that you wish to talk about. The initial session will take approximately 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your specific issues. Sessions thereafter are very flexible and can last from 30 to 60 minutes. These sessions will be used to follow-up with you regarding targeted goals and any other concerns you may have in addition to what is outlined below. Each session will end with giving you the opportunity to talk about what may concern you the most. Essentially, it’s all about YOU.
